這裡的第二句到底是指東邊還是東部呢?

我本來以為是指城市的東邊(也就是不包含在城市裡)

後來看到試卷裡有 It's in the west of Taiwan.的句子

這裡指的是西部 也就是包含在台灣裡面 有點搞混了...

如果It's in the east of the city.是指城市的東部(包含在城市裡)

那不包含在城市裡 指城市的東邊的說法要怎麼說呢?
