but, "What do they want?"的形成會不會是
1. 原來直述句: They want a book[受].
^^^^^^
what替代
2. 變成疑問句, 疑問詞and助動詞往前搬
--> What do they want?
____________________________________________
所以"What can they do for the show?"
原來直述句 They can do something for the show.
^^^^^^^^^^^^
what
然後 因為是問句 1. 把what(疑問詞)搬到最前面
2. 把助動詞can搬到they前面
得到 What can they do for the show?
*something已經被what取代 所以不可以再寫了喔~
