你手邊有文法書嗎? 如果你是老師或家教的話,問問題應該都先查個文法書。 如果你是學生的話,也該做個功課,也許就在查的時候,就找到解答了。 ------------------- 重要術語 particle:在以下引文指 give away 的 away、go ahead 的 ahead; 以綠色 highlight ------------------ 以下節錄自 Practical English Usage, 3rd ed. by Michael Swan section 303.1 When an adverbial expression of place or direciton comes at the beginning of a clause, intransitive verbs are often put before their subjects. [...] On the grass sat an enormous frog. [... EXAMPLES ...] This structure is often used in speech with here, there and other short abverbs and adverb particles. There goes your brother. [... EXAMPLES ...] If the subject is a pronoun, it goes before the verb. Here she comes. Off we go! ------------------ 你問的牽涉到的不只是 Here it is 的句型。 ------------------ 以下節錄 PEU, section 303.2 In story-telling, the subject often comes after reporting verbs like said, asked, suggested etc when thses follow direct speech. 'What do you mean?' asked Henry. (OR: ... Henry asked.) If the subject is a pronoun, it is usually comes before the verb. 'What do yo mean?' he asked. ------------------ 以下節錄自 PEU, section 599.4 Adverb particles can go either before or after noun objects. She switched off the light. OR: She switched the light off. But they can only go after pronoun objects. She switched it off. Is that the light which you switched off? Give me back my watch. OR Give me my watch back. ------------------ 以下節錄自 Cambridge Grammar of English, by Ronald Carter, Michael McCarthy Many phrasal verbs can be used with a direct object. [... EXMAPLES ... ] In most cases, the particle may come before or after the direct object if the object is not a personal pronoun: In Kent, burglars blew up a fireworks factory after trying to break in using oxyacetylene cutting equipment. (or: ... burglars blew a fireworks factory up ...) [... EXAMPLES ... ] When the direct object is a personal pronoun, the pronoun always comes before the particle: A: I've got a nice home. B: Yes. A: But I've got to almost give it away. (... give away it => incorrect) (這個介面不能標刪除線) [ ... EXAMPLES ...] If a pronoun object is coordinated with a full noun phrase or another pronoun, the objects may occur before or after the paritcle: The noise woke me and my wife up. (or: The noise woke up me and my wife.) [ ... EXAMPLES ... ] Long objects tend to come after the particle: Yesterday we were just finishing off looking at the structure and the land use of city and town. ----------- phrasal verbs 受詞位置的部份, 兩者說法略有不同, 但可以推斷,如果受詞沒有太長,最保險的就是都把受詞放在 particle 之前。 受詞太長的話,擺在 particle 之前的話 (finishing looking at the structure and the land use of city and town off), 頭輕腳輕身體重, 想像有這種身材的人,嗯…是很難站穩的。 併同參考: http://www.englishforums.com/English/LongObject/chppj/post.htm -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.32.91.40 ※ 編輯: outofdejavu 來自: 114.32.91.40 (02/18 16:15)
