標題[其他] 關係子句一問~

A letter by Mark Twain, written in the same year that "The Adventures of
Huckleberry Finn" was published, reveals that....
想問各位同是英文老師的看看
為什麼這裡用that可以呢?
文法書裡也是寫說可以寫 in the same year "when/in which/ that"...
但是用that的原因卻都未提
因此想問大家有什麼看法~!
要怎麼解釋呢?
另外如同the way how 一樣~
要怎麼跟學生說這種寫法是不正確的呢?
有時真的好難解釋!
