請教一下：

"現在是3點30分。"

可翻譯成： It's three thirty.

或是       It's a half past three.

那如果是"小男孩三點半時去公園"

"The boy goes to the park at three thirty."


關於時間的表達可否用下方引號標示的寫法？

The boy goes to the park at "a half past three".
