最近修了一堂英語教學的課
有一些不懂的地方想請教一下板上的老師們
1. "Children who are able to read in the native language are
at an advantage over children who cannot read in their native language

內容大概是在說 有能力去解讀母語的人較無法解讀的人佔優勢...因為......
後面有點不懂...
2. 有一個理論
" Concepts and skills ahown to transfer from first-language literacy to
second-language literacy"(Diaz-Rico & Weed)
可以幫我翻譯一下 ...順便舉例嗎
A. Print has meaning (文字有意義??)
B. Reading and writing are used for many purpose(閱讀的目的有很多)
C. Concepts about print
Book-orientation concepts(how to hold ,to turn pages)
Directionality(lift to right,top to button)
Letters(Letter names,lower vase,upper case )(字母的大小寫)
Words(compose of letters ,space mark boundaries)
D. Knowledge of text structure
E. Use of semantic and syntactic knowledge
F. Reading strategies (hypothesizing,constructing,meaning,etc..)
G. Confidence in self as reader (讀者本身的自信??)
