真不好意思,有許多句子,分不出到底有多少子句
請各位大大指教,如果能翻中文會更好(目前搞不清誰修飾誰)

1.The last provison in the contract states that if either
  party determines it is in his best interest to cancel the contract,
  he is obligated to inform the other immediately of his intention.

2.The price for this brand is high compared to the other
  brands on the market.
 (此句不懂為何high的用法,修飾動詞)

推 super15:合約中的最後一項指出..如果任何一方基於他們最大利益之
→ super15:考量想要終止這個契約..
→ super15:那他有義務要立即通知對方他的意圖...
→ super15:這個牌子在市場上價格比另一個貴..翻錯請指教
推 gonbau:不好意思,那例1,的determines it is ,其中it是指哪個呢?
推 super15:那個it是determine的受格..就是某方決定的那件事..

 1.(The last provison in the contract states) ←這是主句


(that if either party determines it is in his best interest to cancel
the contract, he is obligated to inform the other immediately
of his intention.)←這整段是名詞子句。

如果把以上這句名詞子句再細分的話，還是會有副詞子句，及主句。



                                     (which is)←原文省略了這部份
 2.The price for this brand is high
                                    ^

 (compared to the other brands on the market.)←這句則是關係(形容詞)子句。
