根據我有點模糊的印象，both或是all的位置如下:
1) Be V.後
2) 普通V.前
3) 所有格 或 the / these/ those 前
4) 複數代名詞後
所以第二題的 A選項是因為 第四個原因 才成立，至於D選項，還需要其他前輩指點。
