[問題] 請問幾句文法

說真的，我覺得我們的英文系統文法有誤
但是主任堅持說這是由美國那邊錄的

1) It(時鐘） cost NT$300.
我以為是 costs...

2) Did you go to the movie Saturday afternoon?
不是應該是: Did you go to the movie on Saturday afternoon?

請問何者是正確的？
