這個呀 因為我同學有申請過 丟了工作證明過去 卻不合他要求項目
被要求改好在寄過去 所以 我大概知道
妳所貼上來這些列的項目 要記得涵蓋 (我看他列得挺清楚的呀)
請自行打證明書
請人事簽名 (記得簽名是必要的 ADDRESS 也附上去)
主任的名字 POSITION ,ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER 這些資料附上
証明書打好後 請主任簽名
