[問題] 專有名詞前何時要加"the"?

[Superia (加油~~^^)]

  記得以前學到專有名詞前面 通常是不加冠詞的

  現在備課才注意到有加冠詞的情況@@



  比如 國立故宮博物院 National Palace Museum

  但在句子中提到時就必須加 the

  ex.  The National Palace Museum is the most famous museum in Taiwan.(康軒)


  比如 星星電影院 Star Theater

  ex.  Let's go to the Star Theater. (南一)


  那這樣看來 海洋公園 Ocean Park 放在句中 是不是也要加the呢?

  ex. He goes to the Ocean Park by bus. ------> 這樣對嗎?


  但是我手邊考卷裡的正確答案卻是 不加 the 的

  ex. He goes to Ocean Park by bus.


  這下我都被搞混了~~~

  請問到底有哪些專有名詞前面要加 the 呢?
