我看完之後的感想：
一、文法好像沒錯吧?只是最後的子句
he is afraid of that的that沒說清楚
給人的感覺好像有前後文的關係
that可能是指某一件事
二、時態來說：
Joe將不會通過 因為他現在害怕某一件事
(好像也通)
