剛剛打的文章突然按到放棄了，
只好再打一次（簡略版）

字典有說satisfy也有滿足（慾望、標準、需求等）的意思

如satisfy one's curiosity滿足好奇心

所以當好奇心被滿足時，可以說My curiosity is satisfied.

簡單說，這句應該只是單純的被動句子

the functions in the phone are just not satisfied.

手機的功能不被滿足

主動的句子應該是You/People just don't satisfy the functions in the phone.

查字典就可以知道satisfy也可用人當主詞而不是只能用物當主詞

個人小見解，有錯請指教

:     這裡的satisfied我認為應用satisfactory
:     但若要認真討論satisfied跟satisfying的差別
:     就要搬出英英解釋囉!  (出自我的好搭檔Longman)
:     satisfied  adj.
:     -- pleased because something has happeded in the way that you want,
:        or because you have got what you want
:     (e.g) "I like being forty," she said with a satisfied grin.
:           (「我喜歡變成四十歲」，她帶著一個感到滿足的笑容說著。)
:           這裡的satisfied grin意思是  因為感到滿足而笑
:           相較之下  satisfying grin就是令人滿意(足)的笑容
:           自此處我推論→the functions are not satisfied應該是有誤的
:           因為不能翻成  "因感到滿足而有的功能"
:           並且得到  satisfied可以用來修飾物
:           (插嘴一下  我一直都不太支持用"人或物"來死記)

:           這個觀念就跟我們想的一樣

:           說到這邊  我認為  the functions are not satisfying應該是對的
:      ◎ 那現在來討論一下  如果把satisfied當成是被動語態是否正確

:      --  to make someone feel pleased by doing what they want.
:      (e.g) The functions in the phone do not satisfy me.
:         ＝ I am not satisfied with(by?) the functions in the phone.
:      從以上得知  用被動來解釋似乎也有漏洞
:      是不是其實題目錯了呢？
:      看了這麼多  感覺很像鬼打牆
:      我自己差點邏輯也要跑掉了  ^^a
:      不過我只覺得  身為一個老師  也是一個熟悉英文使用的人
:      不能完全被題目牽著走啊!  > <"

推 piggymeimei:是有點道理。但再看句子前後文，還是覺得該用主動語態
→ piggymeimei:因為be+satisfied被滿足……還是會想到(人感到滿足)
→ piggymeimei:My curiosity was satisfied.   I was satisfied
→ piggymeimei:對我而言上面兩句話是相等的，都是人被滿足了。可是
→ piggymeimei:手機的功能不像curiosity一樣在講人的感覺~還是怪怪的
