事實上，很多理工學院就會開 project 的專題
你想到的 Project Management 在臺灣叫專案管理，通常出現在商業上
課堂上比較不會有叫這類東西。
課名叫 Project 的專題課程偏向的是由學生找主題(或老師指定)主題作研究為主體，
有時就是實驗一整學期
課堂上要定時報告專題進度，老師也會教授專題報告該怎麼寫
(Special) Topics 的課程通常是課程已有既定主題，
老師教授以該主題為方向，有時也會讓學生參與研究與討論
Seminar 譯為講座或研討會，顧名思義，不贅述。
我很少看到有人把專題研究的課程翻成seminar，通常是專題演講或專題研討才會用到。
Endowed Chair?臺灣很少用這玩意...也不是對中文中「講座」常用的含意。
原po可以參考一下國外大學課程的題目和內容，可以找出區別
