請問一個英文的問題

two days ago跟two days before有什麼差別?
我答不出來 XD

用before後面要接一個事件
例如
I came here two days before he left. (我在他離開前兩天來這裡)
而不能說
I came here two days before.
(這樣說的話
 老外會問你: Before what?)
但可以說
I came here two days ago. (我兩天前來過這裡)
