在萬聖節那一課
耶穌復活的說法是rise from the dead
為什麼是from the dead而不是from the death呢？

ex: the rich-->有錢人

之前我一直把 the dead 當成一個集合名詞
泛指死人
耶穌從死人裡復活總是有點奇怪
把the dead當成死亡的狀態就說的通了
只是the + adj. 的用法當狀態用
真有點不習慣 ^^;
此外
復活若說成rise from death而不是rise from the dead可以嗎？

可以啊，生不生動的感覺
from the dead 比 from death 生動 from death 比較生硬
有這種感覺嗎?
