one another用在指三者以上
例: She always worried that her friends wouldn't like one another.
她的朋友(不只兩個)不喜歡對方
each other用於指2者間
例: Claire and Kezia were looking at each other and saying nothing.
We gave each other a long hug.

因為不同的飲食習慣可區分為不同group.....
本題則比較fast-food eater 和 vegetarian 之間的異同...
當以fast-food eater為標的時，vegetarian則是眾多group中的一個，所以只能用(D)
