[Scene: Carol's OB/GYN, Carol is waiting.]
[場景：婦產科診間，卡蘿在等待]

Ross: (entering) Sorry I'm late, I was stuck at work.
      There was this big dinosaur.. thing.. anyway.
      (進入) 抱歉遲到了，被工作拖住了。
      有隻這麼大的恐龍...之類的...不管了。

(Susan enters holding a drink.)
（蘇珊拿著一杯飲料進來）

Susan: Hi.
       嗨

Carol: Ross, you remember Susan.
       羅斯，你記得蘇珊吧

Ross: How could I forget?
      我怎麼忘的掉呢？

Susan: Ross.
       羅斯

Ross: (they shake hands) Hello, Susan.
      (To Carol) Good shake. Good shake.
      So, uh, we're just waiting for...?
      (他們握手) 你好，蘇珊。
      (對卡蘿) 握的好，握的好。
      那，呃，我們現在是在等...

Carol: Dr. Oberman.
       歐柏曼醫生

Ross: ..Dr. Oberman. Okay. And is he-
      ..歐柏曼醫生。好的。那這位先生...

Susan: She.
       女士。

Ross: -she, of course, she- uh- familiar with our..
      special situation?
      女士，當然啦，這位女士...呃...知道我們的...特殊情形嗎？

Carol: Yes, and she's very supportive.
       知道，而且她非常的支持。

Ross: Okay, that's great.
      (Susan gives her drink to Carol.) No, I'm- Oh.
      好的，那樣很好。(蘇珊拿飲料給卡蘿) 不用，我...喔。

Carol: Thanks.
       謝謝。

Ross: (picks up a surgical instrament and mimes a duck with it)
      Quack, quack..
      (拿起一個外科器具表演鴨子) 呱、呱...

Carol: Ross? That opens my cervix. (He drops it in horror.)
       羅斯？ 那是用來打開我子宮頸的。 (他驚恐的放掉)

[Scene Barry's office, Barry is working on patient,
 Robbie, as Rachel enters.]
[場景：巴瑞的辦公室，瑞秋進入時，巴瑞正在看病人羅比]

Rachel: Barry?
        巴瑞？

Barry: C'mon in.
       進來吧

Rachel: (hesitates) Are you sure?
        (遲疑) 你確定？

Barry: Yeah! It's fine, it's fine.
       Robbie's gonna be here for hours.
       對！沒關係，沒關係。
       羅比要在這待上幾個小時。

Robbie: Huh?!
        啊？！

Barry: So, how ya doin?
       那，你好嗎？

Rachel: I'm- uh- I'm okay... You look great!
        我...呃..我還好... 你好極了！

Barry: Yeah, well..
       是啊，呃...

Bernice: (over intercom) Dr. Farber, Jason Greenstein's gagging.
         (透過對講機) 法柏醫師，傑森葛林斯坦噎住了。

Barry: (answering the intercom) Be right there.
       (To Robbie and Rachel) Be back in a sec.
       (回應對講機) 馬上過去
       (對羅比和瑞秋) 馬上就回來

(As Barry exits Robbie stares at Rachel.)
(巴瑞出去時羅比盯著瑞秋看)

Rachel: I dumped him.
        我甩了他

Robbie: Okay.
        好

[Scene: Carol's OB/GYN, they're talking about
 how this is going to work.]
[場景：婦產科診所，他們在討論怎麼做]

Ross: So, um- so how's this, uh, how's this gonna work?
      Y'know, with us? Y'know, when, like,
      important decisions have to be made?
      所以，嗯... 這個...呃...這是怎麼做？
      就是，我們？ 就是...當...像是...重要的決定怎麼做？

Carol: Give me a 'for instance'.
       給我個「比如說」

Ross: Well, uh, uh, I don't know, okay, okay,
      how about with the, uh, with the baby's name?
      好，呃...呃...不知道耶...有了..好...
      好比說那個...呃...小孩的名字？

Carol: Marlon-
       馬龍-

Ross: Marlon?!
      馬龍？！

Carol: -if it's a boy, Minnie if it's a girl.
       -如果是男生的話，如果是女生叫米妮

Ross: ...As in Mouse?
      ...用老鼠的名字？

Carol: As in my grandmother.
       用我祖母的名字

Ross: Still, you- you say Minnie, you hear Mouse.
      Um, how about, um.. how about Julia?
      但是...你..你說米妮，你想到的還是老鼠
      嗯，那麼，嗯...茱莉亞如何？

Carol: Julia..
       茱莉亞...

Susan: We agreed on Minnie.
       我們已經決定叫米妮了

Ross: 'S'funny, um, uh, we agreed we'd spend
      the rest of our lives together.
      Things change, roll with the punches.
      I believe Julia's on the table..?
      好好笑喔，嗯，呃，我們也決定過要廝守終生啊。
      世事多變，你得隨機應變。我相信茱莉亞是可以討論的...？

[Scene: Barry's office, Rachel is doing her makeup in the mirror
 on Barry's lamp as Barry enters.]
[場景：巴瑞的辦公室，巴瑞進來時瑞秋正在用檯燈上的小鏡子補妝]

Barry: Sorry about that. So. What have you been up to?
       剛剛很抱歉，所以，我們說到哪裡了？

Rachel: Oh, not much. I-I got a job.
        喔，沒說什麼。我...我找到工作了。

Barry: Oh, that's great.
       喔，那樣很好

Rachel: Why are- why are you so tanned?
        為什麼...你為什麼曬那麼黑？

Barry: Oh, I, uh- I went to Aruba.
       喔，我..呃...我去了阿魯巴

Rachel: Oh no. You went on our honeymoon alone?
        喔不，你自己去了阿魯巴度蜜月？

Barry: No. I went with, uh.. Now, this may hurt.
       不是，我是跟，呃... 現在，傷人的來了

Robbie: Me?!
        傷我？

Barry: No! (To Rachel) I went with Mindy.
       不是！(對瑞秋) 我跟明蒂去的

Rachel: Mindy?! My maid of honour, Mindy?!
        明蒂？！ 我的伴娘，明蒂？！

Barry: Yeah, well, uh, we're kind of a thing now.
       對，好，呃，我們現在正在那個...

Rachel: Oh! Well, um.. (Grabs his forehand) You've got plugs!
        喔！好吧，嗯... (抓住他額頭) 你去植髮了！

Barry: Careful! They haven't quite taken yet.
       小心點！它們還不是很牢。

Rachel: And you've got lenses!
        But you hate sticking your finger in your eye!
        還配了隱形眼鏡！你討厭把手指伸進眼睛的啊！

Barry: Not for her. Listen, I really wanted to thank you.
       在她面前不會。聽著，我真的要好好謝謝你。

Rachel: Okay..
        好...

Barry: See, about a month ago, I wanted to hurt you.
       More than I've ever wanted to hurt anyone in my life.
       And I'm an orthodontist.
       你看，一個月之前，我還想要報復你。
       我這輩子還沒那麼想過要傷害一個人。我還是個牙齒矯正師呢。

Rachel: Wow.
        哇

Barry: You know, you were right?
       I mean, I thought we were happy.
       We weren't happy. But with Mindy, now I'm happy. Spit.
       知道嗎，你是對的？ 我是說，我以為我們很幸福。
       但我們不幸福。 但跟明蒂在一起，現在我很幸福。 吐掉。

Rachel: What?
        什麼？

Robbie: Me. (Spits.)
        我啦 （吐掉）

Rachel: Anyway, um, (Gets the ring out of her purse.)
        I guess this belongs to you.
        And thank you for giving it to me.
        總之，嗯 （從包包裡拿出戒指）
        我想這個應該還給你。謝謝你之前把它給了我。

Barry: Well, thank you for giving it back.
       呃，謝謝你把它還過來。

(Barry and Rachel look at each other.)
(巴瑞和瑞秋互看)

Robbie: Hello?!
        哈囉？！
