今天Friends 8x13 The One Where Chandler Takes A Bath裡面
Monica幫Chandler準備好了泡泡澡，要讓他享受一番，
Chandler不肯，所以Mon很努力地說服他：

Monica: I swear, if you try it, you歓l love it.
Chandler: All right, if I do this, can we at least
          discuss sex on the balcony?
Monica: Absolutely.
(Chandler does a victory thing and rushes into the bathroom)
        But I know how that discussion's旧 gonna go.


那一句："can we at least discuss sex on the balcony?"
字幕翻成「我們可以至少在陽台上聊聊性愛嗎？」
本來Chandler的意思是
" discuss [sex on the balcony] "--> 討論「在陽台上做愛的事」

譯者誤會成：
"[discuss sex] [on the balcony]" --> 「在陽台上」「聊聊性愛」
這種structural ambiguity本來應該是可以從上下文判斷出來的，
其實之前他們才剛有這段對話：
Monica: Boy, do I really have a surprise for you!
Chandler: Sex on the balcony?
Monica: No, but someone's really not going to get over that idea.

而且最後Monica跟Chandler共浴時，
Monica也說：Whatever keeps you off the balcony, big guy.

可見在陽台上做愛（Chandler想要但Monica不肯）是他們兩個正在討論的話題之一，
跟在陽台上聊性愛沒關啦，真是誤會大了！
