你發現自己夾在其中，試著從中協調安撫。
這不是件好差事，魔魔，
不過你有砍掉旁支末節、直接切入重點的能力，
會讓工作容易許多。
不要把時間浪費在討好每一個人，
因為那是不可能的事，
倒不如鼓勵他們試著稍微了解、並且尊重其他人，
這樣一來大家都會覺得有人願意聽自己的說法，
而且有人在乎他們。
