[討論] 為何民主印度不允許討論領土分裂獨立？

印度憲法規定，分裂領土的活動是犯法的。

連提出這個議題都是違法


any  action  taken   by   such   individual which is intended, or which supp
orts any claim, to bring about, on any ground whatsoever, the cession of a p
art of the territory of India or the secession of a part of the territory of
 India or which incites any  individual  or association  to   bring  about
 such  cession or secession...

and as per Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, any Indian individual who  ad
vocates, abets, advises or incites the commission of, any unlawful activity,
 shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to seven
years, and shall also be liable to fine. where unlawful activity means "whic
h is intended, or supports any claim, to bring about, on any ground whatsoev
er, the cession of a part of the territory of India or the secession of a pa
rt of the territory of India from the Union, or which incites any individual
 or group of individuals to bring about such cession or secession...
