美國入籍誓言：

中華民國總統誓詞：

中華民國副總統誓詞：
「余謹以至誠，向全國人民宣誓。余必遵守憲法，效忠國家，如違誓言，願受國家嚴
厲之制裁。謹誓。」

中華民國立法委員行為法 第二章 第三條：
立法委員代表人民依法行使立法權，應恪遵憲法，效忠國家，增進全體人民之最高福祉。
