ARLINGTON — Right-hander Yu Darvish confronts his nemesis as the Rangers open
a series at American League West-leading Oakland on Monday night.

Darvish is 1-6 with a 4.30 ERA in seven career starts against the Athletics. He
has been victimized by a lack of run support and the Athletics’ ability to
work counts.


達爾週一將面對他的最大敵人-目前美西龍頭運動家，
他7場生涯對運動家 1-6 ,4.30ERA，有缺打線支援的場次..還有就是他們也很有耐心。


Darvish’s career log against Oakland includes a pair of 1-0 losses last
season. The Rangers have scored a total of 12 runs in his starts against the
Athletics.

Oakland’s patient hitters have worked Darvish for 23 walks in 44 innings. When
Darvish has come into the strike zone against the Athletics, they have made him
pay. Darvish has allowed seven homers in 159 at-bats by Oakland.


裡面有去年 1-0 拿到敗投2場，打線給達爾的支援在那些比賽裡共給12分。
運動家的耐心也讓達爾在44局裡面有23次保送，然後丟進去好球帶裡的球，
159個打席裡面被打了7支HRs。



“I know what their strategy is against me,” said Darvish, speaking through an
interpreter. “I just have to figure it out from there. … I have to see how I
feel and how their approach is against me in the first two innings.”


達爾:「我知道他們對付我的策略，我必須想出解決的方式…端視我明天的手感，
       還有觀察明天前2局，看看他們的策略對付我的情況(再調整)」。
