第二句比較正確，
第一和第三句文法都有錯
marry 的動詞片語是get married ,不能直接用have
whether也不是疑問詞，不能拿來做疑問句的開頭。
第三句免前一點可以改成：
Had your parents gotten married after you were born?
※ 引述《Yistevia (You Are For Me)》之銘言：
: 你出生之後，你爸媽他們有結婚嗎 ?
: (1) Whether your parents have married after you were born ?
: (2) Did your parents get married after you were born ?
: (3) Have your parents married after you were born ?
: 用哪一句比較正確 ??
