想請教all, all of, of all 的差別

在做題目的時候 似乎搞不太懂

例如：____ ballet dancers learn five basic positions for the arms and feet.

答案是all the 那all of 為什麼不可以? 以及 of all 何時使用?

推 defeatedx:all of "pronoun" ,all the "normal noun"
→ defeatedx:上面是指常見用法 不然兩者意思一樣 聽起來順不順而已

→ monkeywife:意指所有之中，通常和最高級一起使用
推 s955086:我覺得all (people)跟all of (people)英文意思不太一樣。
→ s955086:前者沒限定哪些人，後者有限定就是這些人。不知我這舉例
→ s955086:對不對，但兩者在英文裡還是有點差異。歡迎指教
