如果政府給失業人金援，他們一定可以找到工作 (例句)
If the goverment offers financial support for jobless people,
they will have jobs.
如果你認為政府給失業人金援這件事不太可能發生或根本不可能發生=>
如果政府給失業人金援，他們一定可以找到工作 (同樣的例句)
If the goverment offered financial support for jobless people,
they would have jobs.
If條件句若是用現在式，接下來那句最好不要用would或could
可用may或might表達可能發生的狀況
