I have some quesitons to ask the board's friends.

I'm a female and I think that a lady is not so strong as a man since
the society adores men instead of women.
For example, often the man received more rewards from work or was offered
a higher position. Don't you think women were seldom elected in Politics?
What I'm saying is that being a lady cannot work like a man unless she
sacrifices most of her family time, somehow being masculine.
How to win the rewards more than a man if a lady is like a lady?
