The Mets announced during Tuesday's game that general manager Sandy Alderson
and David Wright will hold a joint post-game press conference.

Advice: There's no word yet on what it's about, but a good bet would be the
team shutting Wright (shoulder) down for the remainder of the season. Wright
sat out Tuesday's game due to a left shoulder issue that has plagued him for
much of the year and no doubt contributed to his disappointing .269/.324/.374
batting line.
