標題[券商] TD的W-8BEN文件更新

相信有些人也在TD的Message Center收到了W-8BEN文件的更新說明。
總之，落落長的一大串的意思就是山姆大叔要來跟你追稅了，
所以好心的TD來提醒各位:
If we don't receive an updated W-8BEN by December 10, 2014, we will be
required to convert your foreign account to a U.S. Taxpayer account after
December 31, 2014.
In addition, TD Ameritrade will be required by the
Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to withhold 28% of all interest, dividends,
options transactions, and sales proceeds until we receive the necessary
documentation. So we hope you'll respond soon.
所以囉，又要花一筆郵資費了，paperwork only.
若沒有美國境內住址的話，就只需準備2014版的W-8BEN文件一份。
但我想大家可能早忘了(就是我忘了:D )W-8BEN要怎寫，所以小弟有找到Firsttrade
的2014版填寫範例給大家參考:
