[問題] 德鐵車票購買問題

第一次在ptt發文，還請多指教...（緊張）


下個月即將去德國自助兩星期

做完功課後今天開始在DB網站上用信用卡訂車票
一開始很順利的訂了4張票
之後卻突然開始不能訂票（大概下午兩點半）

在搜尋、選車票等部分都OK
到最後的Buy now
按下去後網頁卻顯示這樣的訊息：

Your payment unfortunately cannot be processed at this time. In urgent cases,
please contact our Online Service. You will find the contact details
at www.bahn.de/kontakt.

試著上網搜尋過有沒有類似狀況的解決辦法，但沒有找到
已經在三點半的時候mail給DB客服，目前還沒收到回信
信用卡確定是可以使用的
想請問有沒有人碰過或知道這是怎樣的狀況？該如何處理？

今天早上打開信箱發現德鐵的回信，也在這邊補一下

You can only buy a limited number of tickets each day on our website.
So sorry, having reached already this limit you have to wait one or two days
to proceed with your bookings.

和前面說的一樣是因為一天訂太多次的原因沒錯
