[詢問] 用IE開Google時,出現這幅橫條. 正常嗎?

我用 IE9 開啟 Google 的搜尋網頁時, 網頁頂端會出現一幅藍底白字的橫條.
詢問我:"通往Google的捷徑. 更改您的搜尋引擎. 好. 不用了, 謝謝."

這正常嗎? 會不會是惡意 script? 沒敢輕舉妄動.

我早已從 IE 的 "Manage add-ons" 將 default search provider 設為 Google.
(我用英文版)

用 Firefox 開 Google, 則無此橫條.
