So something unlisted in 4.16 is Pulse Fire Ezreal should feel 100x less
clunky. Working to get it edited into the notes.

@Lynleire Give him a shot once the patch is out. I worked on his AA's and Q
to make them feel much more responsive.


雖然patch note沒提到，但脈衝火焰EZ的普攻和Q應該會變得沒那麼卡了
