[中學] 請問0是任何數的MULTIPLE嗎?

昨天剛上完union and interception of 2 sets
one question requires to list the multiples of 4 between -20 and 20
and also list the multiples of 8 between -20 and 20.
theh answer key doe not show 0 as a multiple of 4 or8.

但GOOGLE之後又眾說紛勻
請問這要怎麼解釋
0到底是不是呢?
