要的人快去~ 原文如下，簡短說明：開放註冊2周，這2周會先把所有新註冊的帳號先暫停，

待staff 全review後，再統一開放，review是POLICY的，請先看一下儘量不要違反，

如不要用vpn/proxy 註冊，而且好像有新手任務，30天內要完成上傳還是下載各1gb之類的

Dear users,


For the time being we have a small gift for you: 2 weeks of open signup! Yes,
your friends can now register freely for a limited period of time. However,
to prevent the abuse there is a small limitation. For another 2 weeks,
starting immediately, anybody can register an account (with exception of the
blacklisted countries). Please note that the account itself will remain
inactive until the signup period ends. Then, after a review, all the newly
registered accounts will be unlocked (only if not found violating the Site
Rules and our Open Signup Policy).
