小弟最近有一篇conf ... 想要轉 journal
有選定Springer 某 journal 後 上面的 guide 說
Submission of a manuscript implies: that the work described has not been
published before;
小弟的 journal 有把整篇整個重寫
abstract 重寫 . Introduction 重寫 . Related work 除了原本的以外
還新增加了 survey.
實驗的部份除了舊有的以外 還補了很多data 和 跑統計模型
在方法的部份. 雖然我整個重寫 .
但是我如果這樣就丟了的話 會不會和他的規定有所衝途呢
