我想請問一下
我上星期六去leasing office 他跟我說房租是1401,我付了deposit
且拿到了retal depost receipt
禮拜天我收到e-mail 說我被approval to move in
但我今天早上接到電話跟我說他們系統出問題.正確價錢是1799 per month
下面是他寄給我的信,我想請問一下我可以告他嗎?告的話我贏的機會大嗎?
有推薦的律師嗎?? 謝謝
As requested I am e-mailing you to inform you that the apartment H-208
you originally placed on hold is no longer on the market.
This apartments pricing and ready date was generated by our automatic system,
which didn’t reflect its amenities, true ready date and necessary Greystar
upgrades. Unfortunately this apartment will not be available until further
notice and will be priced accordingly at that time. I do sincerely apologize
for this inconvenience, however I would love to offer you the same
apartment size and layout at our current market rate of $1799.00 monthly.
If you wish to reserve another home please let me know, if not please reply with a letter stating you no longer wish to rent this home, and we will refund your security deposit within in 21 business days.
