牛牛們我們最近可能非常專注在大方向上面以致於我們很有可能會忽略掉非常重要的小細節。要重新拿回主導權我們很有可能要往回審視自己。在我們開始策劃未來的同時，我們必須把全盤的細節都了解，讓自己掌握所有的小事情。我們是應該把目光放在獎勵上面，但是現在是一個該回到自己身上觀察自己的時候。
