Hello,
I am a Taiwanese female adult and will work in Yale around November this
year. I look for a place to stay for one year at least. I don't smoke and
don't have any pet. I have the following conditions:
1. A house (studio or apartment) which I don't need to share living room,
bathroom and kitchen with others.
2. The location is near Yale within 20 minutes by walking or 30 minutes by
bus.
3. The neighborhood is quite and safe.
4. The place comes with WIFI and some kitchenware (e.g., stove, microwave,
refrigerator).
5. The location is near any stores or supermarkets.
6. I have a budget within 1000 dollars for rental per month.
