這是一個形容詞子句，既然是子句，就會有主詞、有動詞。
whose owners很明顯是主詞，可見空格缺的是動詞
接下來你得瞭解dedicate的用法
1. beV dedicated to + N/Ving
2. dedicate A to B
3. dedicate oneself to + N/Ving
以上三種是常見的用法
所以，選項A缺少be動詞，
若你覺得選項A的dedicated可以當過去式的動詞，那還是少了句型2的A
一點個人小見解。

: (A) dedicated to teaching
: (C)dedicated themselves to teaching
: 答案是C
