[問題] part-time job請益

想請教大家

我是學生(Tier 4)，然後我老婆不是學生，她是拿依親簽證(Dependant)和我一起到英國

她能夠應徵part-time job嗎？之所以會這子問，是由於council tax

因為我們在外租屋(在曼城)，我知道學生不用繳費，
但我老婆的身份，規定似乎是不能工作，才可以免稅

"If you are a foreign full-time student with a partner or dependant who is not
 a British citizen and is not allowed to work or claim benefits you will not h
ave to pay Council Tax."

想了想覺得不太合理，因為part-time，有時候是短期的（少於一年）

而council tax 一繳就是一年份

所以，我在想她是否可以免稅並且去part-time，這樣是否合法？或者要看雇主？

→ quert       : 每個council都有可能多收,你太太的condition在BRP上
→ quert       : 會有註記, 看是不能工作, 或是不能領benefit
→ quert       : Not allowed to claim benefit就可以免council tax
→ quert       : 但是我身邊已經遇到兩次,council直接寄單子要收錢了
→ quert       : 此時請不要浪費時間去跟council盧
→ quert       : 直接請學校student welfare or advice等單位幫你去
→ quert       : 跟英國政府"收錢"的單位盧很難而且很累
