感謝大家寶貴的意見 後來我決定寫信給我美國的指導教授
以下是她的回覆 供大家做參考 謝謝!
If it is your own writing and you have not published it elsewhere, then you
can submit material from your dissertation.
In the U.S. system, a filed dissertation is not a publication. Some of the
confusion on the forum may be related to the fact that in some educational
systems, dissertations are always published as a book. This is true in the
Netherlands.
