Postdoc Fellow Position - Yeh Lab @ Cold Spring Harbor The Yeh Laboratory at CSHL Cancer Center (http://yehlab.labsites.cshl.edu) is seeking for a postdoctoral fellow passionate about biotherapeutics discovery and engineering. Our research focuses on the interplay between cell signaling and the tumor-immune microenvironment. We employ biomolecular engineering approaches to address the questions. For this research position, potential project directions include (1) mechanistic studies and technology developments to efficiently elicit tumor immunogenicity for potent cancer immunotherapy discovery; or (2) targeted protein degradation strategies to abrogate cancer signaling. This postdoc fellow will be part of a new Chemical Biology initiative at CSHL. Candidates interested in tumor immunology, antibody discovery (including engineering, chemoenzymatic drug conjugation, chemical modification etc.) or protein homeostasis and ubiquitination/degradation are welcome to apply. PhD candidates expecting to complete their degree shortly are encouraged to apply. Expertise in any of the following areas, but not limited to, are desirable: protein NMR or X-ray crystallography; display technologies/ combinatorial libraries/ directed evolution; protein/antibody structure modeling; protein/peptide chemistry; immune repertoire NGS analysis, single cell sequencing; protein ubiquitination The Yeh Lab is a highly-collaborative environment with state-of-the-art facilities and expertise in biotherapeutics engineering and chemical biology. The Yeh Lab also engages in several close collaborations with other research groups at the Cancer Center. The postdoctoral fellow will enjoy the highly intellectual and collaborative interactions at CSHL. For immediate consideration, please include your CV & Cover letter, and a brief Research Plan to [email protected]. About CSHL Founded in 1890, Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory is a world-renowned research and educational institution with programs in cancer, neuroscience, plant biology, genomics, and bioinformatics.
