BeiGene (Taiwan) is currently seeking for a self-motivated and passionate
Principal Investigator to join our R&D group in Taipei.
The candidate will participate in our ongoing project and play a key role to
develop the iPSC differentiation platform. Ideal candidates preferably have
experience in hematopoietic or immune cell development. This position needs
to perform and optimize immune cell differentiation procedures and also need
to characterize iPSC derivatives. The position provides a unique experience
in potential iPSC derivative product development and collaborates with our
translation science and regulatory groups.

【工作內容】

1. Design, execute, and analysis of experiments of iPSC differentiation
   and iPSC derivative function.
2. Identify and optimize novel strategies to differentiate iPSC into
   hematopoietic stem cells and immune cells.
3. Perform daily laboratory maintenance tasks including ordering reagents,
   maintaining stocks, and aliquoting solutions, etc.
4. Write and revise standard operating procedures relating to iPSC
   differentiation
5. Presentation of data to the project group and other research
   organization

【徵才條件】

1. Ph.D. in Stem Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Development, Immunology,
   Biochemistry, or related fields.
2. Extensive laboratory experience in mammalian cell culture, cell
   biology, molecular biology, flow cytometry, and immunolabeling.
3. Ability to work on weekends for iPSC cell culture, take turns to be on
   duty.
4. Self-motivated, passionate, and willing to take multi-task and work
   efficiently.
5. The successful candidate should have the ability for independent
   thinking, troubleshooting, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
6. Continuous learning and the ability to acquire new knowledge to meet
   job requirements.
7. Good professionalism and professional ethics and be responsibility.
8. Be able to work under pressure
9. Self-motivator, hands-on, disciplined and proactive person with great
   team-work spirit
