標題[請益] Google Play服務更新問題

之前因一時不慎，
誤按到Google Play服務的unistall update，
結果Google Play服務版本變為3.1.59，
現在點Google Play商店都無法連線，
都沒辦法安裝或更新APP，
通知也一直跳出，
"Google Play服務發生錯誤"，
"您必須更新Google Play，才能執行**"，
請問要怎麼將"Google Play服務"更新到更新的版本?
還是只能抓APK下來安裝?
