有一個非用在手機的Google帳號

其Gmail(網頁版)裡面的聯絡人

匯出成兩種方式：google.csv和contacts.csv

都是亂碼


試了別的CSV app來開啟

也是亂碼


請問Android要怎麼查看.csv啊
