[問題] 肝腫瘤切片結果

大家晚安
家母前兩個禮拜覺得右腹抽痛
有去照腹部超音波發現有腫瘤
上禮拜安排切片
醫生說切片結果好像太多細胞壞死
所以安排明天要再切片一次
想知道現在是怎麼情形
請大家幫我看一下上次的切片報告

Pathological diagnosis: Liver, S4-8, needle biopsy --- Atypical glands and see d
escription Gross: The specimen consists of two pieces of liver tissue, labeled S
4-8, measuring up to 1.6 x 0.1 x 0.1 cm with one dot. The entire specimen is emb
edded in one block. Microscopy: The sections show a picture of extensive necrosi
s with atypical neoplastic cells, arranged in cord or glandular patterns. The im
munohistochemistry results of neoplastic cells reveal positive for CK7, CK19, an
d negative for arginase-1, ERG, CD34 immunostains. Although the picture is suspi
cious of adenocarcinoma, the amount of the specimen is limited for definite diag
nosis. Suggest further clinical evaluation and correlation.

推 Euglena: 採樣到壞死的部分，無法明確診斷，只能高度懷疑有癌症，
