Microscopically, it shows a picture of invasive carcinoma of no special
type(ductal, not otherwise specified) arranged in thin trabeculae, cords
and tubular glands.

The tumor cells show mild nuclear pleomorphism and inconspicuous nucleoli.

Immunohistochemically, no myoepithelial cell can be demonstrated by p63
stain in the invasive component.

IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL STUDY RESULTS
(1) Estrogen Receptor (ER): Positive (percentage of cells with nuclear
positivity:>90%) Average intensity of staining: Strong
(2) Progesterone Receptor(PgR): Positive (percentage of cells with nuclear
positivity:>90%) Average intensity of staining: Strong
(3) HER2: Equivocal (Score 2+)
(4) Ki-67: Percentage of positive nuclei: 10%
Time to fixation (cold ischemia time): <1 hour Time of fization: 57 hours
Fixative: Formalin HER2: Primary Antibody [Thermo (clone: SP3)]
