因家父前陣子發現大腸癌腫瘤
今日電腦斷層報告出來
但因為門診還要一些時間
想請版上大神協助確認是否有轉移或其他需注意事項…

CT of whole chest and abdomen scanning from thoracic inlet to the pubic symphy
sis without and with IV contrast injection shows: - The trachea and bilateral
main bronchi are normally identified without endobronchial lesion. - In lung w
indow setting, tiny 3mm subpleural nodule in the right basal lung, suggestive
of focal inflammatory process. (Se:8/Im:163) - The pleura and diaphragm appear
unremarkable. - Eccentric wall thickening lesion about 3.2cm in length at the
sigmoid colon with few subcentimeter lymph nodes(Se:8/Im:271-291), suggestive
of colon cancer. - Right renal stones and bilateral renal cysts. - A gallston
e. - Unremarkable finding of the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen and bila
teral adrenal glands. - The small bowel loops and the mesenterium are unremark
able. - No evidence of mesenteric fat stranding in the cecal region. - No free
air or abnormal fluid collection is visible in the peritoneal cavity. IMP: 1.
