A酸應該是以A醇的結構儲存在肝臟才對...=.=
找了2篇文章，一篇是文獻，一篇是書，2篇都各有引用的文獻
以下指的都是口服A酸，外用A酸似乎沒有這些困擾..

擦的有皮膚屏障阻隔，經皮吸收進入身體的量較少，研究顯示和正常人一樣，但也不排除
有些人對A酸極敏感，有懷孕計劃停用是最安全的。

我沒看到外用的追蹤存在體內多久的研究，不過理論上，口服存在比外用久沒錯。
補充一下，胎兒的生長和A酸有關，A酸的過量和缺乏都可能致畸，維持正常範圍是最好的
。在預定期間內停用A酸，然後平常從食物攝取胡蘿蔔素和A酯，這2樣可在體內轉成A酸，
應該就不用太擔心了。
