比較不常出面管綠帽的co-owner John Fisher禮拜四去了Howard Terminal,在Jack London
Square附近,是現任市長Libby Schaaf極力推薦的位址

Fisher最近請了Strada Investment Group的Jesse Blout和Michael Cohen,之前是幫助
Warriors的arena project
目前還有一些問題存在例如Howard Terminal離BART太遠和需要pedestrian bridges/
overpass去通過railroad line
之前Manfred也表示過A's Oakland的經濟比以前要好(
